My client is seeking an experienced leader to join our Product Management team. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of over 25 experienced Product Managers responsible for my client's software portfolio. This encompasses our Oncology Care Coordination and Radiation Oncology solutions (covering oncology care, workflow management, treatment applications, and real-world outcomes).
Their software portfolio is undergoing an exciting phase of transformation, which brings all products, solutions, and services under a single umbrella. Your mission will be to drive the next phase of this strategy, creating a unified software ecosystem, elevating profitability, and growing market share.
This is a senior position. You should be a leader of leaders and a visionary, ready to take the portfolio of software solutions to the next level.
They have a hybrid setup, where employees are expected to work from an office three days per week. The candidate could be based in Crawley, Helsinki, the Netherlands, or Atlanta.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, organise and contribute to a team of experienced Product Managers.
- Lead strategic planning and management to drive a unified software ecosystem.
- Ensure alignment of the portfolio vision, strategy, and roadmaps, working across different functions and business lines.
- Elevate profitability and grow market share through a combination of innovations and optimisation of current offerings.
- Define, monitor, and drive company KPIs.
- Identify opportunities and drive key terms for strategic business partnerships.
- Work closely with downstream partners for seamless go-to-market strategies.
What you bring
- Track record leading software portfolios in the health care industry.
- Proven experience as a Product Management leader or leadership in another relevant role.
- A unique blend of business, clinical and technical understanding to drive fact and data-based decisions.
- Knowledge of state-of-the-art technologies, such as Data Analytics, IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service), and SaaS (Software as a Service).
- Enhanced leadership skills with proven experience collaborating and influencing across functions.
- A master’s degree in a relevant discipline, like a qualified radiation therapist, medical physicist, biomedical engineer, or equivalent, is a big plus. An MBA is preferred.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
