Luke started his recruitment career back in 2012 working for a large international recruitment firm focusing on technical engineering hires in London. As his career progressed, he worked at smaller niche companies and specialised solely on the recruitment of technical development roles, building entire engineering and test functions for small start-ups to large financial corporations, in the UK and US.
