Business Analyst

In this role, you'll develop a deep technical understanding of the backend platform, including its architecture, workflows, integrations, and data flows. You'll need to document business processes and system architecture, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. You'll also be responsible for creating and monitoring user stories, designing and executing testing of processes and features, and identifying the root causes of issues.We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic about automation and how it can streamline operations and improve internal efficiency, especially in QA and deployment. Supporting customers will also be a key part of the role, so you'll need to work directly with them to understand their needs and help them configure their platform ecosystems accurately and efficiently. You'll be working with large amounts of data, utilizing spreadsheets and BI tools to clean and analyze data professionally. You'll also own and manage our internal workspace tool, ensuring that internal knowledge is centralized, searchable, up-to-date, and clearly structured

This role is less about traditional process documentation and more about driving how the product works and why, to be successful you should be a natural problem-solver with an affinity for automation, efficiency, and AI-driven solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across both technical and non-technical teams are a must. Key requirements include Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst with a focus on product and system delivery, experience working with SaaS products is essential. Experience documenting backend system architectures in cloud environments. working in a startup, scale-up, or highly product-oriented business and high-level process mapping, documentation, and diagramming skills are important.
