About the Role

Senior ETRM Business Analyst - Endur - London - Permanent 

  • Global Commodities Trading Firm – Gas, Power & LNG. Hybrid working.
  • I’m hiring for a functional Senior Endur Business Analyst to join a Global Energy Trading Business. This is a direct end-client hire offering the chance to work in a dynamic environment with a real focus on innovation and architecture.

 

Requirements:

Commodity Expertise:

  • Deep functional knowledge of Gas & Power trading markets (LNG desirable)

  • Full trade lifecycle experience essential (Front-back)

 

Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring teams, not vast sizes but some experience (especially BAs)

  • Ability to interface confidently with front office, risk, ops, and compliance teams

  • Comfortable leading discussions and driving delivery in cross-functional squads

 

Endur 

  • Hands-on experience with OpenLink Endur, configuring and shaping functional workflows

  • Strong architectural thinking—able to guide design decisions and implementation strategies

  • End-to-end trade lifecycle knowledge: deal capture, risk, settlements, and reporting

  • This is a business-facing role—strong communication and functional skills are a must
