IT Solutions Manager

Following the appointment of a new CIO the company is looking to bring together many disparate IT systems and create an enterprise wide IT function that offers best practice, drives standardisation and allows the business to continue grow.
As the successful applicant you will, be responsible for defining and matching solutions with the company environment understanding how all parts of the business model work together including processes, operating systems and applications architecture ensuring the solution resolves the business challenges. Act as the link within Group and Country Management teams with a key role to establish and maintain working relationships across group and all countries, understand local business processes and market opportunities to identify potential IT options/solutions meeting the requirements. Lead group projects and supervise countries IT projects leading the responsible project manager, ensuring that the project targets are delivered on time, in scope and budget, define and initiate evaluations, programs or projects to implement the strategy defined at group level. Lead and monitor the IT Governance model ensuring compliance with company policies, IT guidelines and security standards.
To be considered you will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and influencing skills especially with non-technical managers and third parties, a strong understanding of project management, business analysis and governance. Experience identifying, selecting and implementing new technologies such as CRM, ERP, HR and industry specific applications. Previous experience and an understanding of architectural principles and best practice would be an advantage.
