Description

The Associate Digital Transformation position's prime responsibility is to drive the Digital Transformation agenda of the company's Global Product organization. In close collaboration with the Head of Digital Transformation and Global Product management team (MT), it focuses on transforming the company into a more digital organization. My client is a purpose-driven company that has the mission to provide personalized treatment for all and towards a world where everyone has access to the best cancer care. Digital transformation is at the centre of achieving this mission.

Responsibilities 

Focus on reducing time to value – the time it takes us to go from idea to adoption by finding and running the implementation of digitalization opportunities: 

✔️Facilitate the company's transition to a SaaS model for its software offerings – define shifts and capabilities we need an end to end right from development, deployment, marketing, sales, service 

✔️Do end-to-end value stream mapping of the new product introduction process, including upstream and downstream, and identify opportunities to make it radically efficient & effective than today 

Relevant Knowledge, skills and competencies -

✔️Experience with process optimization and digital transformation 

✔️Any experience with commercialization and SaaS is a plus 

✔️Strong execution and result-driven capabilities

✔️Strong, collaborative individual with a proven track record of acting with exec level

✔️A minimum of a master's degree, MBA is preferred

✔️Experience in or working for a medical device company is a plus 

✔️Consulting background in A-firm preferred

✔️Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

✔️High standard of interpersonal skills, based on a solid ethical standard, values and good judgement
