Analytics & AI Product Director

As the successful applicant in this newly created role, you will be directly responsible for drafting the “art of possible” across the spectrum of advanced analytics & AI, working in close partnership with senior business stakeholders, including fund managers, researchers, and client services. You will act as the "voice" of the customer, translating customer needs to the engineering team by properly codifying intent, sizing work efforts, prioritizing needs, and summarizing issues. You will keep up with the evolving AI landscape, recommending new areas to investigate and constantly re-imagining the future of Real Assets.

Some examples of your key duties will include developing and communicating a comprehensive vision, analytics roadmap, and articulate the short-term and long-term strategy holistically for your business value chain.  Leading and managing the funnel across the various stages of ideation, solutioning, delivery and adoption, articulating clearly the situation.Working closely with designers, engineers, and business professionals in a collaborative environment to create strategic, analytics roadmaps. You will draw upon customer insights to drive the software product vision and direction and define software solutions that engineering teams can deliver. Take responsibility for identifying innovation and changing market landscapes in advanced analytics and AI, with respect to the industry, and bringing in ideas for driving innovation.  To be considered you will be able to demonstrate a genuine interest and passion for AI and be able to talk through ideas, solutions, and opportunities you have created or implemented within a working or personal environment.  Previous experience working within the asset management industry is important, an understanding or real assets preferred.  You will need experience working with, supporting digital product teams, servicing fund teams, investment analysts or portfolio managers.
