Responsibilities:

• Providing first-line support to the assembly department
• Sustaining activities (e.g. End of Life issues)
• Performing root cause analyses.
• Reviewing designs
• Solving quality problems and implementing improvements.
• Identify significant value cost-down opportunities.
• Making systems suitable for series production (DFA)
• Elaboration of drawings in authorised systems (advanced CAD tools + PDM)

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree (not university) in electrical engineering.
• Knowledge of Mechatronics.
• 5-10 years of experience in a similar position.
• Familiar with UL, CSA, CE, and RoHS requirements.
• Knowledge of PCBAs
• Knowledge of ESD
• Proven experience in solving electrical-related problems.
• Proficiency in the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing.

• Living in - or willing to move to the North of the Netherlands (Drachten area)
• No preference for R&D, but for a position in Manufacturing Engineering
